How to Use

 

According to the ratio of flour to water, it is 1:0.45 in summer and 1:0.48 in winter (This data is for reference only). Mix the flour and knead well.

Make the dough into a strip that is as wide as the mouth and approximately 0.4in thick.

Place the machine smoothly on the table and then turn on the power.

Put some dry flour on both sides of the prepared long dough, and then put it into the entrance.

Fill the powder box with dry flour.

Turn on the machine and wait for the dumpling skins to come out.

Mold replacement method: Turn on the backward switch, push the mold forward, close the switch, take out the mold, and push another mold into the mold slot.

The machine can rotate in both forward and reverse directions. If the reverse rotation is started, the dough will not enter the machine but will rotate in the opposite direction, getting stuck inside the machine and preventing the normal production of dumpling wrappers

The machine should not be idled for a long time, as it will cause excessive friction of the mold and generate heat. Avoiding idling for a long time can prevent black substances. The new machine needs some dough experiments. After that, there will be no more black substances

 

 

 

 

Use of FAQs for analysis and exclusion

1. Fault: The skin is incomplete

Reason analysis: the supply amount is too small

Solution: counterclockwise rotation feed adjustment hand wheel to increase the supply surface

 

2. Fault: The skin is not smooth with trachoma or hemp spots

Reason analysis: the supply amount is too large

Solution: clockwise rotation feed adjustment hand wheel to reduce the supply surface

 

3. Fault: the skin is rough and fluffy

Reason analysis: the dough is not kneaded or the dough is too thick

Solution: knead the dough to make a surface block of about 1 cm thick (if the surface shrinkage should be the thinner, the better), the width and the same as the surface entrance.

 

4. Fault: the skin is short or rolled up

Reason analysis: The dough is too soft

Solution: knead the dough with flour until moderate hardness, or reduce the amount of water.

 

5. Fault: skin long or skin rolled down

Reason analysis: the dough is strong

Solution: Increase the amount of water appropriately to make the dough dough moderately soft and hard.

 

6. Fault: The skin can not come out

Cause analysis: The dough is too soft or too sticky

Solution: knead the dough with flour until moderate hardness, or reduce the amount of water. And coat the finished dough pieces with dry flour on both sides.

 

7、Fault: The face has cracks

Cause analysis: put in oil or salt

Solution: Do not put any salt and oil when flour.
