The AI-9 fusion splicing machine is equipped with a powerful high-speed motor, enabling rapid 5-second splicing and 15-second heating, with the capability to perform continuous splicing and heating up to approximately 260 times. The upgraded transparent heating slot features automatic lid closing for the heating part and is compatible with SC fiber optic. The newly added cooling disc facilitates the simultaneous fusion of multiple sets of optical fibers.
The built-in power meter and visual fault locator utilize core measurement technology for more precise and low splicing loss. They effectively measure connection loss, verify continuity, and assess fiber link transmission quality. The power meter can switch between six states with wavelengths of 850nm, 1300nm, 1310nm, 1490nm, 1550nm, and 1625nm. The visual fault locator can switch between three states, with power settings of 15mW, 2Hz flashing, and steady on.
The 3-in-1 fiber holder is suitable for single-mode fiber (SM/G.652), and it is also compatible with BI/G.657. It is designed for single fiber, multi-fiber, bare fiber, tail fiber, skin fiber, and jumper, as well as invisible fiber fusion. The splice loss is 0.02dB for single-mode, 0.01dB for multi-mode, and 0.04dB for DS/NZDS. The cladding diameter range is 80-150μm.
The machine features a 5-inch high-resolution screen, capable of up to 300 times magnification when the X/Y Axis is displayed separately, and 150 times magnification when displayed simultaneously. It is powered by a 7800mAh high-capacity lithium battery, which charges in approximately 3.5 hours or less.
Intelligent interaction is enabled through mobile app connectivity, allowing for ten different language options such as English, French, Russian, Indian, Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, and Thai, making it convenient for users worldwide. Data can be checked via mobile device and downloaded or outputted at any time, and splicing records can be stored for future reference.
